Oracle Delivery Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Delivery Lead to manage the successful delivery of Oracle-based projects across our global delivery centers. This role demands deep Oracle expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large teams and complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery operations for the Oracle Practice, ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.
Manage a cross-functional team of Oracle professionals across multiple delivery locations.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Serve as the primary point of contact for offshore delivery, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Define and implement best practices, operational standards, and governance frameworks.
Ensure optimal resource management and performance tracking through key metrics (KPIs).
Stay current on Oracle technologies and lead initiatives to expand practice capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (Masters or Oracle certification preferred).
At least 20 years of experience in a similar field, including at least 15 years with Oracle technologies.
Strong background in Oracle ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, and EPM.
Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering complex, global projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in offshore delivery models and resource optimization.
Willing to work in Legazpi Village, Makati City
Amenable to be on a morning/early morning shift but flexibility is expected. No night shift.
Willing to work onsite thrice a week
Can start no later than October 31, 2025
