Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager (Trade Marketing Focus) to join our team. This role will bridge brand strategy with trade execution—ensuring our presence in retail and activations is consistent, impactful, and aligned with brand guidelines. You will own how our brand shows up in front of shoppers, partners, and customers, driving awareness and conversion through smart, creative, and well-executed trade initiatives.
Responsibilities- Activations & Campaigns: Manage end-to-end execution of trade and consumer activations (planning, logistics, execution, and post-evaluation).
- Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure activations deliver both brand equity and sales impact.
- Track and evaluate performance of activations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Retail & In-Store Excellence: Develop, implement, and maintain retail modules, displays, and POSM materials—ensuring they follow brand guidelines while maximizing shopper impact.
- Own how the brand shows up in-store: from planogram execution to shopper experience.
- Coordinate with sales and trade partners to ensure merchandising execution consistency across key accounts.
- Brand Presence & Guidelines: Serve as the custodian of the brand at retail and trade touchpoints, ensuring all executions are on-brand and aligned with global and local brand guidelines.
- Champion innovative ways to present the brand at retail, events, and trade shows.
- Conduct regular market checks to assess competitor visibility and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Provide trade marketing support for new product launches, ensuring effective sell-in and sell-out strategies.
- Support brand team with insights from retail and activation performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or Retail Marketing (FMCG, consumer electronics, appliances, or similar categories preferred).
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and strong execution discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with design tools is a plus
