Overview

Administrative Assistant role supporting the executive team. The position involves administrative support, information management, project coordination, and office operations in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to be onsite in Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executive schedules, screen and prioritize communications, prepare and edit documents, coordinate meetings and follow-up on action items, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Information Management: Research, compile data, organize executive files, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with executives.
  • Project Coordination: Plan and execute special projects and events, track deadlines and progress, and support ad-hoc initiatives as needed.
  • Office Management: Oversee office operations, manage supplies and equipment, coordinate maintenance, and assist in onboarding new staff.
Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written; proficiency in local language is a plus
  • Mandarin Chinese ability is a bonus/asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Confident, friendly, approachable personality; able to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Willing to work shifting schedules and weekends if needed
  • Fully onsite in Muntinlupa
