Overview

Starbreaker Corp. – Makati, National Capital Region (Makati City) is hiring for an HR Assistant to join our team. The position supports compensation and benefits administration and HR operations to help maintain a healthy workplace.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare mandatory compensation and benefits packages.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Process payroll and resolve payroll errors.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and HR functions.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and support internal and external HR inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
  • Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Experience with payroll practices is a plus.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; meticulous attention to detail.
  • English language proficiency (preferred).
Salary & Benefits

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month.

  • Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday; some holidays and weekends as applicable.
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; overtime pay.
  • Benefits: Paid training; additional benefits as per company policy.
Location & Requirements
  • Location: Makati City, Philippines.
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Makati as required before starting work.
