Overview
Starbreaker Corp. – Makati, National Capital Region (Makati City) is hiring for an HR Assistant to join our team. The position supports compensation and benefits administration and HR operations to help maintain a healthy workplace.
Responsibilities- Prepare mandatory compensation and benefits packages.
- Update employee records with new hire information and changes in employment status.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Process payroll and resolve payroll errors.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and HR functions.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees and support internal and external HR inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
- Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Experience with payroll practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; meticulous attention to detail.
- English language proficiency (preferred).
Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift; Monday to Friday; some holidays and weekends as applicable.
- Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; overtime pay.
- Benefits: Paid training; additional benefits as per company policy.
- Location: Makati City, Philippines.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Makati as required before starting work.
