Overview Join emnify as a Sales Operations Specialist in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role supports our global teams and requires regular in-office presence in Manila. Your Role As emnify’s Sales Operations Support Specialist, you will work during European working hours to support our global teams efficiently. You will ensure the smooth operation of our sales and revenue processes by managing Salesforce support requests, configuring customer information, and collaborating with various departments. This position offers the opportunity to work across time zones in a fast-paced, international environment. Regular in-office presence in Manila is required, so candidates should be based locally. Your Impact Manage Salesforce support requests, including user setups, data updates, and basic troubleshooting. Configure and maintain accurate customer information in our internal portal. Support CRM users by ensuring data accuracy and handling daily operational tasks. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to support operational needs. Help develop and improve operational processes to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. Your Skills Strong attention to detail with accuracy in customer setups and data management. Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams. Familiarity with Salesforce or willingness to learn; prior experience is a plus. Basic Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP). Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
