Summary of the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and analytical Sales Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience to optimize our sales processes and drive efficiency. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing our lead generation efforts, providing insightful data analytics, and managing our essential sales technology stack. This position is key to empowering our sales team and contributing directly to our growth objectives.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify new sales opportunities and expand our lead pipeline.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to enrich existing lead data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead qualification criteria and handover processes.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor key sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win rates) and present findings.
- Administer and optimize our sales technology tools, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales systems.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar analytical role.
- Proven experience in lead generation and data enrichment strategies.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
