About the role Airmix Enterprise Construction Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in San Mateo Rizal. As a Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and project sites. This full-time position is integral to the successful delivery of our construction projects, with a strong focus on compliance, risk management and promoting a robust safety culture across the organisation. What you'll be doing Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards Developing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety policies, procedures and training programs Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring full compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation Providing safety guidance and support to project managers, site supervisors and workers Promoting a positive safety culture through effective communication, leadership and worker engagement Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support safety management and reporting requirements What we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field Minimum 2 years' experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, standards and best practices Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in the use of safety management software and data analysis tools Proactive, safety-focused mindset and a genuine commitment to promoting a positive safety culture If you are passionate about workplace safety and want to contribute to the success of our growing construction company, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
