Enstack Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Performance Marketing Specialist Company: Enstack Location: Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Role overview and team context: The Marketing team ideates and implements strategies to drive brand awareness and merchant acquisition, collaborating with Business Development and Customer Service teams to integrate consumer communications with marketing efforts. About the Role Identify the relevant target audience by utilizing Facebook, Instagram, and Google analytical tools Develop strong collaborative connections with cross-functional teams to ensure performance marketing strategy, KPIs, and outcomes are aligned Agile team player, adept at jumping quickly between projects, clients, and tasks without missing a beat Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers Design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads using customer data and third-party tools Conceptualize digital media strategies to optimize user experience in-app and across Facebook and Google Ads Develop tools to automate campaign building and feed management processes to streamline team workflow Manage the setup, development, and maintenance of Online Marketing infrastructure, including tracking, feed, pages, data Assist in the reporting of daily marketing outcomes Perform thorough keyword research as well as search behavior and audience research Plan and implement SEM tactics on-page and off-page, including link building, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, and content optimization Champion and implement SEM projects, maintain adherence to targets, and monitor progress and performance Work with Development teams to ensure SEM best practices are properly implemented on websites and web pages Investigate organic conversion drop-offs; develop tactics to improve performance Generate reports and communicate SEM performance to company stakeholders Qualifications and Experience Requires 1-2 years of working experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management Experience with benchmarking metrics such as CPC, CPI, CTR, and ROAS Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices Ability to develop presentations with deep insights, technical content, and recommendations by analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journey Proficient in English and local language Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and G Suite Problem-solver with the ability to move customer numbers in a positive direction and think from a user perspective Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviews at Enstack.
