Coins.ph Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Performance Marketing Senior Specialist Coins.ph Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines What You’ll Do Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, etc.) Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and marketing goals Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixels Provide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI and campaign performance Collaborate with marketing and media teams to define KPIs, conversion goals, and attribution models Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and trends effectively Identify opportunities for A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve marketing outcomes Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting through rigorous attention to detail What We Expect From You Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and attribution Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Excel/Google Sheets Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, etc., including UTM parameter implementation and analysis Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience supporting campaign strategy and performance optimization preferred Meaningful Collaboration and Growth opportunities are available as part of Coins’ fast-growing organization with a focus on expanding territories and encouraging data-driven ideas to improve customer experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
