Responsibilities- Define the product vision and manage the product development process.
- Create feature sets, business and user stories needed for the product.
- Consult relevant teams and stakeholders to develop design and product specifications.
- Conduct research to identify cybersecurity and fraud solutions.
- Lead vendor selection assessments, including POC, RFI/RFP, and vendor discussions.
- Manage post-launch activities such as post-mortems, issue resolution, backlog management, sprint reviews, and operationalization.
- Identify additional features to fix issues, enhance capabilities, and improve the product.
- Ensure the product remains effective, maximized, and optimized.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business development, finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or fraud management.
- Background in product and project management.
- Strong knowledge of fraud and security risks, typologies, and emerging trends.
- Organized and highly independent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stakeholder engagement skills.
