Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing Organizational Financial Strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Regular budget consolidation
- Cash flow management
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Stakeholder management, debt management and collection
- Supervising and reviewing accounting practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance standards
- Improving efficiency by identifying opportunities to cut costs and boost profits
- Managing relationships with investors, partners, and other external stakeholders
- Collaborating with management or executive teams to share reports and analyses
Key Hard Skills
- Technical accounting skills with a strong GAAP background
- Mastery of accounting systems; familiarity with cost, financial, and managerial accounting
- Industry-specific experience and regulatory/compliance knowledge, including SEC reporting standards
Key Soft Skills
- Leadership: build and manage accounting teams with credible leadership
- Interpersonal skills: strong listening and collaboration abilities
- Professional development: drive optimization of accounting processes
- Attention to detail: ensure accuracy of financial reports
Requirements
- Accounting MBA or CPA license; 5+ years experience as a Business/Accounting Analyst
- Knowledge of KPI metrics, performance evaluation, product/pricing auditing
- Specialized expertise in remodeling/roofing operations
- Experience with product cost, inventory, purchase orders, costing, invoicing, materials and profitability data
- Reviews invoices, tracks job costs, and monitors profit
- Cost analysis of job profit (invoices vs labor)
- Sales commissions, data organization, sales goals, statistics
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, QuickBooks; capable of creating data-centric Excel sheets
Compensation
- Starting Php 5,000–7,000 per month/hourly rate depending on skills and qualifications
- Permanent work from home; full-time direct employment

- Pay: From Php 50,000.00 per month
Schedule
- 8 hour shift, evening/ fixed shifts, Monday to Friday

Job purpose
Help manage accounting and operational activities within the Tax Accounting Team. Ensure all accounting entries and reconciliations are prepared accurately, completely, and by deadlines. Optimize the quality of accounting entries while maintaining strong financial controls.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all accounting entries and reconciliations are completed for month-end close or other defined deadlines
- Review data accuracy to mitigate unforeseen financial impacts
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are complete and reconciling items resolved timely
- Prepare balance sheet accounts and reconciliations as part of monthly review
- Provide full support to stakeholders within Regus/IWG and Regus Partners; ensure deliveries meet quality and expectations
- Collaborate with GSC teams and assist auditors and legal authorities
- Maintain appropriate segregation of duties and internal controls
- Support future migrations/acquisitions; integrate processes into standardized model with accurate accounting
Qualifications
- Experience in financial accounting and reporting in a blue-chip multinational PLC environment
- Experience in multinational shared services
- Experience building relationships with peers, finance leaders and stakeholders
- At least 3 years’ experience in BPO or multinational finance and accounting
- Strong MS Excel knowledge
Working conditions
- Mid-shift with regular evening and weekend work
