What We Offer This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model (at least 2 office days per week). What You Will Do Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA). Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools. Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes. Work on continual service improvement to reduce number of reported issues and improve client experience. What We Expect At least 3 years of experience in financial/capital market, trading knowledge and/or degree in finance or related fields. Well versed in Linux and has experience using JIRA. Attention to detail, highly organized, ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Ownership, analytical and logical approach to solving issues. Excellent English verbal and written skills. What Would Be Helpful Experience in a client-facing role is an advantage. Confidence to attend client meetings and represent the company.
