Data Analyst We are looking for a data analyst to join our team and help turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. Your role will involve data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will be instrumental in extracting valuable insights from data to support our organization's goals. Responsibilities Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external data providers. Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and suitability for analysis. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data. Apply statistical techniques to test hypotheses, draw meaningful conclusions, and support decision‑making. Create clear and informative data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Design and maintain interactive dashboards using available tools or custom solutions. Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports that provide insights and key metrics to support business operations. Monitor data quality, identify data discrepancies, and work with relevant teams to address data issues. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data requirements and provide data‑driven insights. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant languages. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming, and statistical packages for analyzing datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings. Knowledge of statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings clearly and concisely. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
