Overview

Responsibilities
  • Strategize & Execute : Develop and implement account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Upsell & Cross-Sell : Expand product and service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Customer Success : Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor account metrics and report on sales performance.
  • Team Collaboration : Contribute to company-wide initiatives and support cross-functional goals.
  • Adapt & Excel : Take on additional responsibilities that support the success of the role and the team.
Candidate Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success.
  • Proven success in physical product sales and account growth.
  • A strong history of building and maintaining long-term client relationships .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams .
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service .

Physical & Workplace Details

Physical requirements : This job operates in a professional office environment. The role is largely sedentary with periods of standing, computer use, and telephone headset use. May require moving objects up to 40 pounds as needed.

Conditions of Employment
