Responsibilities Strategize & Execute : Develop and implement account growth plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Client Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Upsell & Cross-Sell : Expand product and service offerings within existing accounts. Customer Success : Address client concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Performance Tracking : Monitor account metrics and report on sales performance. Candidate Qualifications Ideal fit and candidate qualities: positive, driven, confident individuals who are highly motivated and dedicated. 2+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success. Proven success in physical product sales and account growth. A strong history of building and maintaining long-term client relationships . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. Physical & Workplace Details Physical requirements : This job operates in a professional office environment. The role is largely sedentary with periods of standing, computer use, and telephone headset use. May require moving objects up to 40 pounds as needed.
