Job Posting Accountable for developing, proposing, overseeing, and implementing the business strategy for multiple soft and hardline categories including Apparel/Accessories/Footwear/Home and Personal Care. Develops strategies and business plans by brand and category. Responsible for new business and revenue growth opportunities with existing licensees. Researches and understands competitive landscape, analyzes market trends, consumer trends, and retailer/industry needs. Develop and implement product strategies, merchandise, and marketing plans to ensure that sales are maximized. Partner with regional sales and brand in assortment/retail planning and sales pitches. Manage licensee portfolio – contract negotiation, data analysis, product assortment approvals, as well as the day-to-day relationship with licensees. Some day-to-day administrative duties including coordination of Licensing summits. Requirements Excellent oral and written skills – English Language B2/C1 Highly detail oriented, excellent organizational and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design or related areas. Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills 2 years’ Licensing experience for a national brand or relevant Licensing Agency experience. Retail and/or wholesale experience is helpful as well.
