The ability to balance competing priorities across executive assistance and business deliverables is essential, as is professionalism, drive, and determination with an interest in the business to foster a senior platform and global network. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of administrative assistants, providing mentorship and coaching to promote career development. Oversee day-to-day team management activities, including ongoing feedback, approvals, and recruiting. Manage coverage planning, admin support ratios, workload, and rebalancing to ensure effective service delivery. Motivate performance through coaching and mentoring. Provide comprehensive administrative support to high-level executives and stakeholders. Ensure local control and reporting for the assigned line of business and manage performance processes. Align executive support with business priorities and drive operational improvement initiatives. Interface with multiple lines of business and partners to ensure cohesive service delivery. Promote professionalism, drive, and a strong interest in the business to support a global network. Foster career development, mentoring, and training for peers; manage administrative responsibilities alongside current duties. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Amply to work onsite following night shift (US hours). Experience in senior administrative support or operational management. Innovative, solution-focused with strong project management and leadership capabilities. Ability to make independent decisions and work with minimal supervision. Clear, concise written and verbal communication across multiple audiences. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Strong partnership and interpersonal skills for influencing and relationship-building. Focus on compliance and risk mitigation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adopt new technologies. Self-starter with proactive mindset and ownership to drive agendas. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Background in providing administrative support within a financial firm or finance environment.
