Overview

The Program Coordinator for Formation and Social Enterprise Development supports daily operations, fosters partnerships, and helps integrate the center within university structures. The role involves supervising interns and volunteers, organizing events, and preparing reports. It also entails implementing and monitoring programs focused on social enterprise and building connections with external organizations, as well as leading working group meetings. In addition, the LSEED Center conducts formation and capacity building initiatives, such as entrepreneurship training for students and mentorship for trainers, and develops resources and materials to support social enterprise formation and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise interns and volunteers.
  • Organize events and prepare reports.
  • Implement and monitor programs focused on social enterprise.
  • Build connections with external organizations and lead working group meetings.
  • Support formation and capacity building initiatives, including entrepreneurship training for students and mentorship for trainers.
  • Develop resources and materials to support social enterprise formation and growth.
Qualifications
  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Cooperative Development.
  • A master’s degree in Cooperative Development, Business Administration, or Management/Marketing is an advantage.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in cooperative formation, social enterprise development, business management, marketing, and program management.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
