Job Description/Summary

The ROTC Coordinator is responsible for the management and development of NSTP students and formators/training staff, and the implementation of Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) components.

Qualifications
  • Graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Development Communication, or Education. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Relevant trainings/certifications related to NSTP, ROTC, student formation, stakeholder engagement, and module development.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in areas such as NSTP, student formation, stakeholder management, program development, and implementation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, LMS/Animospace, Canva, and various social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
