Overview

Job Summary:

The OD and Training Supervisor will assist the HROD Head in conducting organizational review & restructuring by implementing changes in the organizational chart and Job Descriptions as approved by the EXCOM. He/She will determine the learning and development training program through post evaluation assessments. She /He will report directly to the HROD Managing Director and HR Manager.

Responsibilities

OD Function

  1. He/She will monitor the update of Organizational chart and JD for all functional department of the companies under Philmetal Products Inc. and Oversees the file keeping approved JD

  2. He/She will assist the Functional Heads in the review of JD based on current tasks and job functions

  3. He/She will assist the HROD/ Admin Headline the implementation of a results-based performance management system based on approved KRA/KPIs of functional heads.

  4. He/She will assist in the implementation of Individual Development Pland (IDPs) for identified HI-POs to assume higher roles and responsibilities

  5. He/She will document promotions based on promotion policy and guidelines

  6. He/She will assist in identifying Competency Assessment Providers as required by the Functional Heads.

  7. He/She will propose employees engagement initiatives to improve the attitudes and behaviours of employees that are aligned to corporate core values.

  8. He/She will conduct employee Exit Interview and prepare reports on such interviews.

Training Function

  1. He/She will provide assistance to the Functonal heads in identifying the learning and development needs of their people.

  2. He/She will develop training programs for both skills and behavioral learning

  3. He/She will facilitate and conducting these trainings and monitor the effectiveness of training programs

  4. He/She will coordinate with the training providers if the training interventions will be sourced out from external providers and ensure that delivery wll be according to the standard set by the Company.

Qualifications
  1. Possesses a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human resources Management, or related studies.

  2. At least 10 years of solidexperience in performing in Organizational Development and Training

  3. Ability to work independently or with a group

  4. Excellent analytical skills

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills

  6. Proactive, detail-oriented and adept at multitasking

  7. Highly skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Visio, Smart Sheet and Smart Art

  8. Good presentation skills
