Accounts Receivable Officer – MicroSourcing Position: Accounts Receivables Officer Location: Global one, Eastwood, Libis, QC Shift: Onsite | DAY SHIFT Why join MicroSourcing? Competitive Rewards : Above-market compensation, healthcare coverage on day one, plus one or more dependents, paid time-off with cash conversion, group life insurance, and performance bonuses A Collaborative Spirit : Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment by participating in company-sponsored events and activities Work-Life Harmony : Flexible work arrangements to suit you Career Growth : Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement Inclusive Teamwork : A team that celebrates diversity and fosters an inclusive culture Your Role Telephone and email collection Daily account management including but not limited to: Monitoring and actioning credit hold accounts on a timely basis Decreasing overdue balances Cash Allocation Customer enquiries Account set up analysis and troubleshooting Account Opening including credit assessment and background checks Sending of Dunning letters Liaising with Sales Account Managers to manage account issues Detecting and preventing fraudulent transactions Ad hoc projects as required Preferred Skills / Expertise Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable position Highly analytical with strong accounting background CAN DO attitude; able to think outside the box and take initiative Experience in collection and dealing with customer CFOs/Finance Directors/Managers is highly preferable Experience integrating accounts (e.g., SAP, ARIBA, COUPA) is preferred but not required Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure, and reliably Proven track record of meeting KPI targets Customer service mindset with professionalism towards internal and external customers Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail Excellent time management and ability to prioritise Willingness to go the extra mile and be a strong team player About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
