Your Role, Your Impact We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Creative Manager with a solid background in magazine publications. The ideal candidate will be skilled in magazine layouts and adept at working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Create and design various materials for both digital and print mediums. Develop innovative and creative design solutions in line with the company's brand guidelines. Utilize a wide range of media and graphic design software to produce visually appealing graphics. Ensure that design projects are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to design specifications and deadlines. Implement feedback and changes to design as required. Collaborate with fellow designers and creative team members to develop new approaches for creating expressive graphics. Establish and maintain the creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Create visualizations that accurately convey the intended messaging for each project. Ensure that all design work is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and brand identity. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in a creative field. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in graphic design. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Solid knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web. Experience with both print and digital media. Background in working with magazine publications.
