Your Role, Your Impact

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Creative Manager with a solid background in magazine publications. The ideal candidate will be skilled in magazine layouts and adept at working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creation:
Create and design various materials for both digital and print mediums.

Develop innovative and creative design solutions in line with the company's brand guidelines.

Utilize a wide range of media and graphic design software to produce visually appealing graphics.

Project Management:
Ensure that projects are completed in a timely manner while maintaining a high-quality standard. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to design specifications and deadlines.

Implement feedback and changes to designs as required.

Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with fellow designers and creative team members to develop new approaches for creating expressive graphics. Establish and maintain the creative direction for the company within brand guidelines. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Visualization and Messaging:
Create visualizations that accurately convey the intended messaging for each project.

Ensure that all design work is aligned with the company's strategic objectives and brand identity.

Who We're Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in a creative field
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  3. Minimum of 8 years' experience in graphic design
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
  6. Solid knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
  7. Experience with both print and digital media
  8. Background in working with magazine publications
  9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure
