We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle AP process on behalf of our clients, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and timely, payments are scheduled appropriately, and vendor relationships are well maintained.
Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for assigned clients.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Schedule and prepare payments (checks, ACH, wires) in accordance with client payment policies.
- Maintain accurate AP records and documentation in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or client-specific software).
- Assist with month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations.
- Support client-specific requests, including reporting and audit preparation.
- Partner with client teams to ensure smooth communication regarding payments and vendor management.
- 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice workflows, and payment cycles.
- Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple clients.
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Proactive problem-solver with a client-service mindset.
