Your canvas? A dynamic 70/30 split between building production websites and crafting targeted creatives. You'll be the mastermind behind multiple digital properties, bringing designs to life through Figma/Adobe/Canva while ensuring every pixel serves a purpose. This isn't about making things pretty – it's about creating measurable impact through crystal-clear messaging, brand-aligned visuals, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Pioneer AI-enhanced WordPress and Elementor development for lightning-fast site deployment
  • Craft conversion-focused digital assets including dynamic landing pages, compelling ad creative, and branded email campaigns
  • Spearhead our SEO strategy with a focus on local impact and LLM optimization
  • Design and implement intelligent automation systems using MCP, n8n, and Zapier

  • Creating cookie-cutter websites or clinging to yesterday's design methodologies

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth for Alpha School and 2HR Learning by crafting exceptional digital experiences that resonate with families, effectively communicate our unique value proposition, and convert through strategic marketing assets
Basic Requirements
  • Proven track record in web design with demonstrable impact on user engagement and conversion metrics
  • Expert-level command of WordPress, Canva, Cursor, and contemporary AI design tools
  • Demonstrated success in integrating generative AI into your design workflow
  • An outstanding portfolio showcasing conversion-optimized web experiences that effectively communicate value propositions and drive user action

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
