About the role
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee for our 7 Eleven store in Misamis Oriental, Northern Mindanao. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations and management within the retail industry. As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to oversee all aspects of store management, from customer service to inventory control.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, handling cash, and ensuring store cleanliness and organisation
  2. Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels, sales, and other key performance indicators
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Implementing merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  5. Assisting with the training and development of store associates
  6. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them
  7. Collaborating with the regional management team to support the overall success of the store

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a supervisory role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  6. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to teamwork
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
