We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of goods across our operations — from suppliers to customers. This role is key to ensuring smooth logistics processes, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction while upholding safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong operational experience and leadership skills to manage complex logistics functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Management: Plan, coordinate, and monitor the flow of goods and materials to ensure a smooth, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain. Transportation & Distribution: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, manage transportation providers, and ensure on-time deliveries to customers and partners. Warehousing & Inventory: Supervise warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure optimal storage and retrieval systems. Cost Optimization: Analyze logistics expenses, identify opportunities for savings, and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising service quality. Customer & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to align logistics activities with business needs and service standards. Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop logistics and warehouse teams to ensure high performance and operational excellence. Process Improvement: Continuously review logistics procedures, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices and automation tools to enhance productivity. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies in all logistics operations. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, evaluate logistics performance, and prepare regular reports for management decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field . At least 5–7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, and/or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, transportation systems, and warehouse management . Demonstrated ability in data analysis, forecasting, and logistics planning . Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, or TMS). Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards related to logistics operations.
