Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) is required.
  • Master’s degree in law (LLM) or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a state bar.
Experience Level
  • 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Experience in corporate law, contract management, and litigation is essential.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong legal research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Working Conditions

Typically office-based.
