Position OverviewAs a CAD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of sports scoring systems. While specific experience with Vectorworks is not required, a strong background in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and a passion for sports technology are essential. You will collaborate with a team to create detailed and accurate CAD drawings that guide the construction and installation of our scoring systems.
Key Responsibilities- CAD Design: Create precise and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for sports scoring system components.
- Project Support: Work with project managers to understand design requirements and project specifications, providing technical support during manufacturing and installation phases.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of CAD drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards; identify and address design issues to enhance functionality and reliability.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers; foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CAD design with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sports scoring systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
