The Inventory Analyst's main mission is to optimize inventory levels and KPIs (e.g., Days of stock, % of Excess inventory, % of Out of stock) for the brands they manage, to ensure maximum availability and inventory health. About the Role The Inventory Analyst's main mission is to optimize inventory levels and KPIs (e.g., Days of stock, % of Excess inventory, % of Out of stock) for the brands they manage, to ensure maximum availability and inventory health. What you will do Analyze inventory risks (shortages and overstock) due to forecasting changes or supply chain disruptions Build proactive action plans to minimize/avoid inventory risks Communicate and coordinate action plans with various stakeholders (e.g., demand planning, purchasing, logistics, brand management) Report on a weekly basis to Brand management teams and Leadership on their brands’ Inventory health status Ensure data accuracy (e.g., inventory levels and availability dates) in all our internal systems Contribute to the improvement of Branded Inventory management tools and processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience At least 4-5 years of experience with Supply Chain Management (preferably with Amazon FBA) Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges that need to be addressed Ability to research manufacturers and determine the best supplier to reach out to for various projects Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges We are seeking for people who Are owners.
