  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Staff to join our team in Iloilo. As a Sales Staff, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our business.   • Greet and assist customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Present and promote products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Process transactions and handle cash/credit card payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
