Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Staff to join our team in Iloilo. The Store Staff will be responsible for maintaining the store’s operations, ensuring product availability, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store. This role involves assisting in the daily tasks of store management, including stocking, inventory control, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, providing helpful information and a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure shelves are stocked with products and organized in an appealing manner.
  • Assist in the unloading and stocking of incoming inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including tidying up aisles and ensuring the store is safe and presentable.
  • Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash, credit, or debit card payments.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
  • Help customers with inquiries, returns, and exchanges, following store policies.
  • Monitor the store’s stock levels and inform the manager of low stock or stock discrepancies.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude toward customers and fellow staff.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure the store is a safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Assist in setting up displays for special promotions or sales events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree or vocational training is a plus).
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
