Job HighlightsSchedule: First 2 weeks training - 8:30 AM - 4 PM EST with 30 min unpaid break
Individual schedules will be announced after training (40 paid hours a week)
Regular schedules will be composed of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) shift
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities- Conduct strategic sales operations to meet and exceed company targets
- Engage potential customers through persuasive communication, showcasing innovative healthcare solutions
- Close high-value deals while maintaining long-term client relationships
- Handle sensitive health information with strict privacy and compliance standards
- Use secure, state-of-the-art software systems for efficient sales operations
- Collaborate with a global sales team to share best practices and drive growth
- Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations
- Contribute to developing sales strategies to expand market reach
- Candidates must submit a video recording introducing themselves
- Proven sales experience or strong sales aptitude (healthcare experience preferred)
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong, reliable internet connection with backup options
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to learn secure sales software
- High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Results-oriented mindset with proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
