Medical Sales Specialist (Minimally Invasive Surgery & Sterile Goods Management) Location: Metro Manila, Philippines Join B. Braun, a leader in medical devices, to promote and sell surgical products and sterile goods to healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors. Build lasting relationships and drive business growth across the region. Your Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and prioritize prospective customers, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors. Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within company guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers. Provide technical support, training, and post‑sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to support promotional activities and product development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare). 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices/equipment, preferably in surgery. Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare industry. Experienced in building key relationships with healthcare professionals across hospital settings. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
