About My Amazon Guy: My Amazon Guy is a growing digital marketing agency with more than 500 employees and clients. We aim to grow sales while ensuring our clients’ Amazon presence is well managed.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-converting e-commerce websites with proven CRO strategies.
• Develop landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows that guide users to take action.
• Apply conversion-focused design principles to maximize revenue from existing traffic.
• Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey with clear calls-to-action.
• Design responsive layouts that perform across devices.
• Use visual and animation cues to direct attention and encourage conversions.
• Analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate to identify CRO opportunities.
• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and heatmaps to study user behavior and guide design changes.
• Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing to validate design improvements.
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Work with marketing and performance teams to align creative design with business goals.
• Maintain brand consistency while focusing on measurable results.
• Design visual elements such as banners, product imagery, icons, and CTAs to build trust and drive engagement.
• Balance aesthetics with conversion psychology to support business objectives.
• Keep designs fresh and aligned with brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a high-level e-commerce web designer with a CRO-focused portfolio.
• At least some e-commerce samples showing measurable conversion improvements.
• Proficiency in Figma, Elementor, and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of CRO principles applied to e-commerce (e.g., increasing purchases, maximizing revenue from existing traffic).
• Ability to analyze conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment rate using Google Analytics and heatmaps.
• Strong skills in customer journey mapping, calls-to-action, and responsive design.
• Ability to recommend improvements to product pages with reasoning (imagery, social proof, CTAs).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while balancing aesthetics and performance.
• Dual monitor setup required; at least 8GB RAM.
• Internet speed of at least 25 Mbps.

Creative Multimedia / Content Writer Intern (Graphic Designer / Multimedia / Video Editor / IT / …)

About ROC.PH Digital Marketing Services is seeking a highly creative, motivated, and driven individual to join our team as a Creative Multimedia / Content Writer Intern. You will conceptualize and produce creative campaigns, design graphic materials for various platforms, and contribute to content creation across multiple functions. Ideal for gaining hands-on experience in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Multimedia: Create designs for print and digital platforms; develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; ensure brand-aligned, user-friendly interfaces; use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other tools; perform video editing as needed for marketing campaigns.
• Content Writing & Copywriting: Produce well-researched content for social media, websites, blogs, emails; assist with style guides and cross-platform consistency; support content marketing strategies with cross-team collaboration; provide copywriting for client acquisition and retention.
• Data Gathering & Research: Conduct topic research to support content creation; collaborate with Data Analyst to interpret findings for marketing efforts.
• Client Services & Marketing Support: Assist in planning advertising activities; track competitive activity and consumer trends; participate in cross-functional meetings to address client needs.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and written/verbal communication.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Journalism, Communication, Marketing or related field; enrolled in internship/practicum in the Philippines.
• Demonstrates a proactive, results-oriented attitude.
• Experience in copywriting, article writing, or content creation is a plus.
• Understanding of branding, marketing, and communications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in desk research and ability to gather information from web and social media sources.
• This internship is fully remote; interns must have their own laptop and internet connection.
