Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, marketing materials, branding elements, and promotional content.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos; produce multimedia content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and other cross-functional teams to translate briefs into creative deliverables.
  • Prepare design files optimized for print, web, and social media; ensure color accuracy and resolution.
  • Stay updated on design trends and emerging multimedia technologies to improve content quality and engagement.
  • Maintain organized workflow and meet project deadlines; manage multiple design tasks concurrently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva; basic video editing is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, and branding skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred/Optional
  • Experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS, or content management systems is an advantage.
  • Certifications in Adobe or related tools.
Location and Compensation

Locations include Pasig City and Taguig, NCR; compensation varies by posting and experience. Specific salary ranges are included in individual postings.
