Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs.
  2. Coordinate and conduct seminars for buyers and homeowners on property maintenance, rules and regulations, and other relevant topics
  3. Manage buyer inquiries and concerns via Viber or other communication platforms in the absence of Admin Assistant, providing timely and accurate responses and resolutions
  4. Assist in the registration process of the Homeowner Association (HOA) at Calamba, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and facilitating effective communication between homeowners and the association.
  5. Handle all aspects of occupancy, including move-in/move-out procedures, inspections, and tenant management.
  6. Process and oversee the application of construction bonds, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and timely submission.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address technical issues, maintenance requests, and construction-related matters effectively.
  8. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and activities related to the above responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with buyers, homeowners, and external parties.
  • Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and HOA management practices.
  • Familiarity with construction bonds, occupancy procedures, and seminar coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Viber, email, and phone for customer service.
