The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, administration, maintenance, and financial performance of assigned properties (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). This role ensures that properties are managed efficiently, tenants and homeowners receive excellent service, and all operations comply with company policies, contracts, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: supervise daily building operations including security, housekeeping, engineering, and preventive maintenance; coordinate repairs, inspections, and facility upgrades; monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; prepare and monitor annual budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures; oversee billing, collection of dues/rent, and monitoring of payables; prepare financial reports for property owners, board of directors, or management.
• Administrative & Legal Compliance: enforce house rules, maintain permits and licenses, prepare contracts with vendors, serve as primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, address complaints promptly, organize meetings, supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensure service quality, conduct training for personnel.
