Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze industry, product, and geographical trends in talent.
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
  • Possibly specialize in technical recruiting and/or highly specialized executive searches.
  • Manage tools, resources, and technologies in identifying talent.
  • May work with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives when conducting employment advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, support, and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs.
  • Work closely with line managers by providing support with the entire talent acquisition process.
  • Assist the global HR organization with the full life cycle of talent acquisition to support dynamic business growth.
  • Support peers and teams in the performance of duties and completion of talent acquisition work priorities, offering technical advice and knowledge.
  • Engage with line managers when a new job opening occurs to identify required skills, recruiting approaches, and best methods for long-term results.
  • Work on strategic projects including talent pipeline management and talent development initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
  • Ensure that all new hires are onboarded in a professional and engaging way.
  • Extract data required for monthly and weekly reporting from recruitment systems and assist with analysis for presentation to relevant forums.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proven global technical recruitment experience preferably for North America, European, and/or Asian regions.
  • Experience with international talent acquisition strategies, new technologies, current trends, and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices including learning and development, recruitment, and engagement.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Flexible to work in multi-location global teams; good team player with integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong client relationship and service delivery orientation; excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Discretion with confidential information; able to work under pressure to manage urgent tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and high-quality output; strategic thinking and a learning orientation.

Responsibilities :

  • Primary responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment.
  • Update personnel files and employee master list; monitor attendance and timekeeping.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage recruitment and selection; nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal system; report to management with HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance in HR management.
  • Organize monthly activities to promote harmony across the organization.
  • Willing to be assigned in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City.

Salary : From Php15,000.00 per month
