We’re Hiring Procurement Specialist Location: BGC, Taguig City Are you detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about driving operational efficiency? Join our growing team as a Procurement Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. What You’ll Do: Prepare, process, and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and procedures. Monitor purchase order status and track deliveries to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods and services. Implement and enforce company procurement policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals. Resolve supplier, delivery, and product quality concerns. What We’re Looking For: Strong negotiation skills and ability to build supplier relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data and processes. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
