Job Description

The Marketing Manager's primary mission is Customer Acquisition in order to hit target sales for GB Vision Care. You will be tasked to develop a comprehensive plan that will promote brand recognition of GB Vision Care. You will also focus on market research in order to establish the changing customer behavior and needs while continuing to build our brand making sure its relevant to our target customers.

Responsibilities
  • Must be able to manage, maintain and market the brand "GB Vision Care" to its specific target market of class A, B and upper C.
  • In charge of the use and management of its budget and the overall conceptualization, implementation and analysis of promotions and its representations that must be in line with the image of the Marketing Manager's programs, which must generate customers of the right target market to come in to our practices and into the consulting room as patients.
  • Must be able to create and maintain relationships with mall managers (leasing and operations) and other parties that can help the team implement programs that will grow brand awareness and consideration of the brand.
  • Must have the ability to strike the perfect balance between management and employees and maintain a STRONG CORPORATE VALUE.
  • Must have the ability to develop and implement business objectives and strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong brand management and budget management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
