Overview The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive audience engagement, increase ticket sales, and strengthen SM Cinema’s brand positioning in the entertainment industry. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to maximize market share and customer loyalty. Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand identity. Manage brand positioning to ensure consistent communication across all marketing channels. Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the conceptualization and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns for key accounts. Drive promotional activities for blockbuster releases, special screenings, loyalty programs, and new initiatives. Oversee creative content development for advertising, social media, and in-cinema promotions. Market Research & Insights: Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with film distributors, studios, agencies, and brand partners to maximize promotional exposure. Work closely with internal departments (operations, sales, digital, PR) to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness. Team Leadership & Budget Management: Manage and mentor the marketing officers to deliver high-quality output. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI measurement. Experience Required Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Strong background in entertainment, media, retail, or consumer marketing (cinema/film industry experience is a plus). Proven success in developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns. Experience in digital marketing, customer loyalty programs, and brand partnerships. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Skills Required Strategic thinker with excellent planning and analytical skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Creative mindset with ability to deliver innovative campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
