Key Responsibilities: Assists the department in providing services specializing in company registrations and managing corporate structures, work permits, and visa processing; Facilitates applications with applicable government agencies; Prepares documents and ensures the same complies with relevant legislations, rules and regulations; Liaises with government agencies on matters pertaining to company registrations and deregistrations, managing corporate structures, work permits, and visa processing; Makes regular updates on laws and regulations, including new circulars, administrative orders, and memorandums issued by various government agencies; Acts as custodian of confidential registration documents for proper reference and easy access by authorised personnel; Communicates with clients independently; Issues invoices and follows up on
