Our client (confidential) partners with multi‑site clients across various industries, delivering end‑to‑end solutions—from custom signage design and fabrication to installation and facility maintenance. They are seeking a Controller, Shared Services to oversee accounting operations, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive process standardization and continuous improvement across multiple business units. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a high‑performing accounting team within shared services (AP, AR, GL). Manage month‑end close , reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal controls across multi‑site operations. Standardize processes and implement workflow improvements and automation. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, audits, and long‑term financial planning . Monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service level excellence.
