Role Overview We\'re seeking an energetic and strategic Social Media Growth Expert with a proven track record to expand our brand presence across Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, and X (Twitter). This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company in the VA industry and make a real impact through creative, results-driven social media strategies. Responsibilities Research and drive organic growth across Facebook Groups, LinkedIn Groups, and X Develop and execute creative social media strategies to attract opt-in leads Attract international clients for our VA services via group posting Promote our Filipino VA Hub to aspiring virtual assistants Create engaging content/posts that converts Track performance and optimize campaigns Qualifications Proven track record of social media growth (please provide examples) 2+ years experience in social media marketing Excellent English communication skills Creative mindset with strategic thinking High energy and self-motivated Results-oriented with data-driven approach Experience with Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter Bonus Points Knowledge of the Virtual Assistant or BPO industry Experience with US market Content creation skills (graphics, video) Understanding of growth hacking techniques Why Join Us?
