This role serves as the team lead for Technical Specialists , supporting the Customer Success Manager in day‑to‑day operations, service delivery, and administrative functions. The CSA plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, service quality, and team performance. Who We’re Looking For: Graduate of any 4‑year course (preferably Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields) No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong leadership potential with confidence in training and guiding team members Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused mindset Organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and take initiative Flexible, proactive, and able to address challenges effectively on‑site Key Responsibilities: Ensure quality and on‑time delivery of services and treatments based on agreed schedules and procedures Manage, train, and monitor Technical Specialists on‑site Direct and assign employees to daily tasks to ensure efficient service delivery Monitor technician compliance with operational standards, company policies, and department practices Conduct on‑site toolbox meetings to plan, discuss, and resolve client‑related issues Reinforce customer service standards, ensuring technicians prioritize client satisfaction Assist with administrative duties, including reports and documentation requirements Establish performance goals aligned with company standards and philosophy Coordinate with managers and supervisors to review and adjust personnel assignments Conduct regular quality inspections and client visits to strengthen business relationships and improve customer retention Strong Work Ethic People Skills Collaboration Customer Oriented Team Player #J-18808-Ljbffr
