This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, etc. to ensure optimal use of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and others.Key Responsibilities:* Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to business needs.* Lead architectural design sessions and develop technical documentation.* Ensure integration of Microsoft 365 services with existing systems.* Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.* Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards.* Stay updated with Microsoft 365 features and licensing models.* Support mergers and acquisitions activities as well as cross-tenant scenarios.* Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and others.* Create process and end-user documentation.* Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business impacting projects.* Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.* Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solution.* Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as-needed.* Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** 5+ years in a solutions architect role focused on Microsoft 365.* Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 components: Office 365, Intune, etc.* Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.* Strong knowledge of networking principles and device management.* Excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus* Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance frameworks.* Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.* Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* Certification to any M365 discipline is an advantage.**Global Privacy Notice**Lexmark is committed to appropriately protecting and managing any personal information you share with us.
