Job DescriptionThe Commercial Manager - Pharmacy Channels is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to grow the business within pharmacy retail networks, including chains, independent drugstores, and wholesalers. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing channel-specific P&L, and identifying new growth opportunities.
The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, and lead promotional initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, finance, and regulatory is essential to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies. Additionally, the role requires ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform decision-making and drive performance.
The Successful Applicant- Deep understanding of the pharmacy retail landscape and regulatory environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or sales roles within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing pharmacy channels or retail accounts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience with trade marketing and in-store activation.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
