Geodata Systems, premier provider of smart mapping and spatial analytics solutions in the Philippines is looking for a GIS Programmer 2 who will: develop/configure applications based on identified requirements, contribute in business requirements analysis and design applications/system based on identified requirements, and assist the TCD Division Manager/OIC in application development, supporting Business Development and other TCD related tasks. Qualifications Graduate of BS Computer Science, IT, MIS, and related courses. At least 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following databases: MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA. Preferably with knowledge or experience in using ArcGIS. At least 2 years of experience developing applications in at least 2 of the following programming and markup languages: JavaScript, HTML5, XML, .NET, C#, C++, Java, Swift or Objective C, Python. Preferably with knowledge in developing applications in one or more of the following APIs and ArcGIS Runtime SDKs: ArcGIS REST API ArcGIS API for JavaScript ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android ArcGIS Runtime SDK for iOS ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Qt ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Java Responsibilities Interview stakeholders and gather requirements. Understands and analyzes clients business requirements, business/use cases. Interpret requirements to functional and non-functional requirements. Investigate and evaluate clients existing systems and databases that are related to the project. Create and configure GIS web applications, mobile applications and dashboards using ArcGIS configurable tools and apps. Develop and customize applications. Automate common and/or repeatable GIS tasks, processes, and analysis workflows.
