Overview

Technical Support Specialist role based in the Philippines, primarily aligned with Australian business hours, with some flexibility for US/client time zones. Remote-friendly with English communication expected. The company is ezyCollect, a SaaS FinTech focused on automating accounts receivable processes for a global client base.

Role: Technical Support Specialist

Join our team as the go-to problem solver behind the scenes. You will use SQL know-how and integration experience (Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) to keep integrations running, resolve sync issues, and support clients worldwide. If you enjoy digging into databases, solving tricky technical challenges, and translating data into insights within a collaborative, fast-moving fintech environment, this role is for you.

The Role

  • Installations of all supported ezyCollect integrations (e.g., NetSuite, MYOB EXO, MYOB Acumatica, Xero) and complex integrations
  • Perform daily sync integration checks
  • Resolve daily support tickets
  • Inbound customer support (Hubspot inbox and Intercom live chats)
  • Liaise with technology partners to resolve client issues
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Occasionally support clients outside regular working hours (US or other time zones)

Role Requirements

General

  • Minimum 2–3 years in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS/FinTech environment
  • Strong in urgent investigations, isolating problems, and handling high-priority issues
  • Customer-focused with fluent English; comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email, and live chat
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with AUS and US clients preferred
  • Problem-solving mindset; adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Proactive with high-quality work; strong work ethic
  • Collaborative team player; flexible to work outside regular hours when required
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Fast learner; adaptable to new tools and processes
  • Reliable and punctual

Technical

  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or MYOB integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting across software integrations
  • Solid database knowledge; experience with production and reporting needs
  • SQL query writing and execution for reporting/analysis
  • Development in Java, RESTful API, Tomcat application servers
