About the role CXP MOTOZONE 's Balagtas Bulacan-based team is seeking a talented Marketing Events professional to join our full-time team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring the success of impactful marketing events that drive brand awareness and engagement for our organisation. What you'll be doing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive event strategies that support our overall marketing objectives Manage the end-to-end event planning process, including budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on-site coordination Create engaging event experiences that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience Measure and analyse the success of events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement Ensure seamless event execution by effectively communicating with cross-functional teams and external partners Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our event portfolio What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field within the Marketing & Communications industry Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events, from concept to delivery Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and data analysis What we offer At CXP MOTOZONE, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
